Our story
County Windows was founded by Bernie Phillips over 25 years ago, and became a limited company in 2006. Since then we've been fitting windows, doors and conservatories for homeowners across Torbay and Devon.
We're based at Unit 5, Chatto Way in Torquay, and we like to do things properly: a straight answer, a fair price, and a team that leaves your home clean and tidy.
Our ethos
"We pride ourselves on treating every job like it's our own home." It's not a slogan — it's how Bernie has always run the business.
